Built by a Racer. For Racers.
Meet Duane
Duane welded his passion for racing to his obsession with precision hardware. The result is Simcade, Africa's trusted name in simulation racing gear since 2019.
Beyond a racing background, Duane holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering, the interdisciplinary study of electronics, mechanics, and software. Merging those engineering principles with an intuitive feel for the track, he pursues one goal: optimizing simulation rigs far beyond their current form.
Prized by professionals and hobbyists alike, his equipment is built for durability and real-time feedback. Each piece passes through an exacting quality process before it leaves his workshop.
From full-motion driving rigs to flight cockpits, from kart hardware to controller repairs, if it is sim gear, Duane has built it, broken it, and made it faster.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics engineering, the synergistic integration of mechanical, electrical, and computer systems
